The rescue of polluted and dead waters.
– regarding “ALL” living bodies of water (lakes, ponds, rivers, streams……)
1. Water and it’s unusual characteristics.
In the last 50 years, there have been new fundamental insights raised about water. Liquid water has unusual physical and chemical properties and it (water) responds to information.
Water consists of tiny particles called molecules and behaves very similar to magnets.
These particles (particulates) can attract and form small groups, called “water clusters”. If you warm up the water, these groups will separate. Water can form an infinite number of possibilities, of various groups.
The transformation of water is performed by the availability of information in its direct vicinity (air, earth) and by the actual substances in it.
There are solutes that cause densification of the water structures, and those that cause a loosening of its structure from its vicinity.
One group (COMPRESSION) are among inorganic acids, alkalis and bases, salts, various organic substances like sugar and urea, and most other ions.
An example of loosening particles would be ether, benzene and gases like oxygen (O), nitrogen (N) and carbon dioxide (CO2).
The compacted substances act mainly on the water structure. Fanning substance are then formed in the water cavities as the water changes.
With a gas molecule like oxygen……oxygen executes free oscillations in micro range so the structural causes act like the compaction of information stored in a computer.
Water also has kind of a “memory”. Although one can clean water as carefully as possible, gas molecules will still be present in the cavities. So despite the modern day cleaning processes of water the water will “RETAIN ITS STORED INFORMATION”
2. How oxygen gets into water?
There are three ways in which oxygen can get into water.
– oxygen is created by aquatic plants (photosynthesis) directly.
– the aquatic organisms produce oxygen through their metabolism.
– oxygen coming from the air into the water by pressure to the water surface. The force created by the weight of the air column over the water surface, as well as the temperature is dependent upon the movement on the gas particles.
Just as the air pressure decreases with altitude, the pressure increases with the depth of the water.
As there is an increase of air, oxygen particles go to the water particles to the described “water cavities” losing energy in the process…but this information will be stored. Only the fastest oxygen particles penetrate deeper into the water.
As long as the oxygen’s pressure in the water is equal to the atmospheres above a state of equilibrium is reached in which the water is saturated with oxygen.
In the waters moved by wind and waves, oxygen is evenly distributed…..so more oxygen goes into the depths.
3. What is an ecosystem?
Oxygen consumers are living organisms including microbes that live “naturally” in the water up to the fish population. All these, live off smaller organisms and are directly or indirectly from aquatic plants and algae.
So everything is LIFE in each other’s waters and is in close integration with the circulation of materials, combining all the individual elements into a whole, to an ecological structure or “ECOSYSTEM”. The balance of these processes is called a biological balance.
The ecosystem can only be maintained as long as a biological balance is reached and as long as its self cleaning capacity is sufficient.
Oxygen-breathing bacteria convert dead organisms like leaves and other organic particles to humus (sediments), and these are then circulated to the ecosystem again taken up as food from the aquatic plants.
4. What causes water to turn?
Waters are at the same time influenced by external factors and from many organisms. Wastewater, pollutants introduced to an ecosystem will completely disrupt and disturb the natural biological equilibrium.
In effected water areas there will be a dramatic measurable increase of algae, aquatic plants and micro-organisms.
With a new, larger algae mass, there is no longer enough oxygen reaching the bacteria’s (aerobics) that perform the function of conversion of organic matter into humus.
This results in putrefaction (anaerobia’s) and the water begins to turn.
This process NEEDS ADDITIONAL OXYGEN to break up depriving nitrates and sulfates, arising from ammonia and sulphide hydrogen gas…..the problem gets worse as less and less oxygen is available to break up and dissolve pollutants.
The above gases in water will wipe out fish colonies in a season…..resulting in a dead lake full of algae and massive weed populations.
The rot and sludge formation continues a complete desolation of the water.
These desolate waters CANNOT recover under their own power.
These waters require external help (The Pure Water Restoration device provides this).
5. Information CONTROLS biological processes.
The process of water desertion is controlled by “information”.
Initially, stored in its cavities’ is this needed “oxygen” information.
This information preserves the relevant structures….it is everywhere caused by the three types of oxygen input, giving enough oxygen to supply all consumers (the water has kept the original program)
The biological balance is secured in memory ONLY. Now perturbations by external factors (by introduction of pollutants, wastewater, strong heating by direct sunlight) cannot be compensated. The ecosystem can no longer achieve its purpose; it cannot react to changes and there by cannot meet its function.
The ecosystem through the introduction of foreign information (poisons, wastewater, and heat) is completely disturbed and creates the described rotting…..the water turns.
6. The correct and appropriate information saves water.
ALL OUTSIDE INFORMATION and influences that have come about informing the ecosystem can be changed ONLY through comprehensive measures of the informational level.
EVEN IF THE WATERS ARE COMPLETELY DEAD, all elements are present for resurgence!!!
Although there is widespread destruction at the bottom of the water, by years of contamination air pressure still acts directly below the surface, in an area where oxygen particles are abundant.
They have surrounded the water with their clusters, but ONLY with the rotting information.
WE have special tools and equipment that can introduce large amounts of oxygen particles that convey the NEEDED OXYGEN INFORMATION to re-boot the ecosystem.
WE spread the information to the entire body of water.
WE dramatically delete the rot information by introducing the “new information” in a short period of time. The rotting (anaerobia’s) bacteria’s will die.
The ecosystems cycle will return and the biological balance comes back FULLY and COMPLETELY.
7. What are the advantages of our system?
– The best way is to still work with nature and not against it. Our system ONLY does that, it supports and restores naturally.
– The result remains permanent as long as the polluting culprits are stopped.
– WE don’t fight the symptoms WE treat the causes.
– No expensive labor groups that after years show no relevant results. (Actions such as cleaning shores and planting trees and plants DO NOT HELP the water. This in itself just shows how completely helpless these methods are)

– No mechanical sludge, mud removal (pumping, dredging….etc) involving high costs and destruction to the biosphere are involved.
– No mechanical filtration along with its disposal problems.

– No mechanical air blowing (fountains, injectors…etc) into the water.
– No copper network or any piping is required

9. The ENERGY—The SYSTEM
In the last decades there has been a growing awareness of the existence of energy forms other than the known ones of electricity, magnetism, and radioactivity, chemical and thermal energy.
It is one of these “other” forms of energy which is utilized by our technologies. It appears to be omnipresent in nature.
It can be classified as a “free energy” and may be researched by inquiring on these following research scientists….(Gunwitsch, Reichenbach, Tesla, Reich, Popp. Bischhoff and Schaunberger)
Presently, it rather belongs in the faculty of theoretical physics, non-linear dynamics, and quantum physics as compared to the exact HARD SCIENCES of today’s academia.
The energy itself assumed to have a minute wavelength and therefore cannot be measured by classical instruments currently available to science, BUT THE RESULTS derived from its practical application can be measured, quantified and duplicated. (as WE have data available)
Processed with our units….water will gain new properties.
Our unit act as an accumulator of information and emits the concentrated energies.
The unit emanates the copied attributes in vibrational form into the (immediate) surroundings and radiates out….as the wave of information expands it transfers the information into the water molecule.
The waters own original attributes and effects (before the processing) are maintained but the vibrational emanation of these is strengthened and aided by the energy input of our unit.
10. The Pure Water Restoration (P.W.R.) device
In the Pure Water Restoration device this fine energy (subtle frequency) is concentrated by an apparatus and is used to copy or imprint the attributes of one or more substances into other substances. It works much like that of a photocopier or laser printer where the energy of the laser beam is replaced by the focused energy of the P.W.R. unit.
The construction of the P.W.R device enables the condensation of available vibrational energy in the environment.
The substance holding the properties to be copied is placed into the energy field.
The device is then placed into the water area to be treated and is then turned on. The device then copies the desired information through our “proprietary technology” and then is amplified through our energy field matrix and sent out through the antenna array. It is an instantaneous response.
The unit operates without external electricity, without magnetism, no radioactivity, no pressure or temperature influence and the free energy is compressed and then amplified to our pre-set, specific parameters.
This information allows the building of a substance, here oxygen (as an example) to modulate a carrier material (antenna) submerged into the water, acting as the catalyst.

For regeneration of surface waters we have had the following results.
– improving oxygen levels (increasing)
– improving visibility of the water
– disinfection (reduction and/or elimination of coli bacteria, clostridia, pseudomonas, in applicable areas where swimming would be prohibited)
– ammonium, nitrite, nitrate, phosphates and ortho-phosphate reduction
– algae reduction and/or elimination
– sludge reduction of about 2/3 rds. (aerobes produced soil)
– metal and heavy metal reduction in water and in sludge
– improving the ph level in water and soil from acid to alkaline (<4 ph to >7 ph)
– sulpur hydrogen and methane reduction
13. Summary and opinions
Detailed summaries as to the complex processes will not be discussed at this time as there are “proprietary technology” rights in place. Only points such as ph, algae, heavy metals, etc will be discussed.
A great many theories are named for basic scientific research and the transfer of information. (IE: the colostrum’s in Mothers milk)
It makes little sense that these theories are just that, wasting time, money and energy.
To illustrate this, here are two examples.
• Everyone knows the effect of magnets and magnetism. Many applications and examples have been applied to this effect in many different fields, however physics still cannot explain magnetism.
• In homeopathy (according to Hahnernann) substances are potentized (diluted)so the theory cannot be a dilution of the substance in the product molecule. Nevertheless, the information and the effect are stronger, the more it is diluted. This has proven itself billions of times but no one can explain it!
•
The visible and measurable high efficiency of the P.W.R. device remains important that it is always present on an empirical basis.
The safe and environmental friendly system has a great potential and should be tested and used in some exemplary pilot projects here in Quebec. (Water is Quebec’s number one resource)
To ensure the precision of the water testing, various independent agencies should measure the state of the water and sludge and record the findings captured by our P.W.R. device. This should be done every couple of weeks to show the dramatic process at work.
WE KNOW OF NO OTHER SYSTEM that can ensure a safe solution in an economical framework.
Great opportunities arise with this system and should be used to its full potential considering current restrictions on the sustainability of our ecosystem.
The “present day” usual water purification systems are extremely expensive and have no effects. Some may even be extremely harmful to the “WHOLE” ecosystem. Plantations of useful plants on the banks of polluted lakes and rivers will not actually aid in cleaning the water, they will merely keep the banks intact and pleasing to the eye.
SUCH ACTIONS TAKEN BY “BIG BUSINESS” DISGUISED AS SCIENTIFIC IMPROVEMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED.
Our research in this technical domain continues at high costs. The use of this eco friendly technology should be given a chance to prove its cleaning properties.
14. Personal comment
After watching a documentary in 2007 on TV, the topic of a successful breakthrough of water purification, I was shocked that this show was made public as it showed the destruction of our ecosystem and not the purification of a Lake.
The documentary showed how sludge/mud was sucked up at the shoreline as we could see the rocks in the water nice and clean. This sludge (containing plastics, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, nitrates, etc) was pumped into pipes and distributed to the surrounding forests. All of this under the watchful eye of a University of Montreal biologist who was to monitor the results. Praise to the scientists as visually the Lake was clean.
However, holistically one see’s a different, horrific accident?
The surrounding forest died as the ground became contaminated as the concentrations of contaminants went directly into the soil, killing all microbiological life, as well as actually suffocating the soil…..the sludge acting as an impenetrable barrier, it could not break down.
This shows only one small example of how tax money is used with no significant result.
In my opinion, this example has nothing to do with the renovation of Lakes, as everyone can “bear witness” to the destruction of yet another ecosystem.
